AYOZRA is a software-as-a-service platform intended to help event businesses organise business operations such as projects, leads, teams, tasks and business records. The website identifies RlAA Tech as the AYOZRA operator. Its published business contact address is RlAA Tech, Bonth Chhak, Bhadrak - 756100.

AYOZRA is business software. It is not a bank, payment aggregator, escrow service or payment facilitator for tenant businesses.

You must have authority to accept these terms for yourself or the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account credentials and activity performed through your account. Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid features, subscription periods, fees, taxes, renewal dates, usage limits and trial terms must be shown at the point of purchase. A subscription begins only after the checkout flow confirms the applicable order and payment or other authorised activation.

AYOZRA may use a third-party payment service provider to collect fees owed to AYOZRA for its own subscriptions. That provider processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. AYOZRA does not collect or settle payments on behalf of tenant businesses or their customers.

You retain responsibility for the accuracy, lawfulness and permissions associated with information you upload or record. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access or use it in violation of applicable law. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

The service and features may change as the product develops. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes that affect paid service. No uptime guarantee or service level is offered unless separately agreed in writing.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse or material breach. Where practicable, notice and an opportunity to remedy will be provided. The business must define data export and deletion timelines before publication.

The service is provided subject to applicable law and the final negotiated terms. The operator must have a qualified lawyer review warranties, limitation of liability, indemnities, dispute resolution, governing law and jurisdiction provisions before publication.

The operator may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. The final published version should state how notice is provided and when changes take effect.
