Acceptable Use Policy

Use AYOZRA for legitimate business operations, including organising event projects, leads, teams, tasks, vendors, documents and financial records.

Do not use the platform to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, send unlawful spam, harass others, misrepresent identity, probe or disrupt systems, bypass access controls or attempt to access another account or tenant without permission.

You are responsible for obtaining permissions and notices required to enter personal, employee, vendor or client information. Do not upload sensitive data unless the service is specifically designed and contractually approved to handle it.

AYOZRA may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including restricting content or suspending access where reasonably necessary. Where possible, the account holder will be notified and given an opportunity to respond.
